This shy and cuddly soft toy will become your new best friend!
Taniwha are supernatural creatures in Māori tradition, and they were believed to live oceans, rivers, lakes, or caves.
Some Taniwha were feared for harming people or kidnapping women, while others were believed to be guardians for a tribe and were honored with gifts and karakia (a spell).
Miriama Grace-Smith is a full time artist, based in Wellington where she works from her studio at Toi Pōneke. She dabbles in a few different areas within the creative arts, as a curator, muralist, illustrator, fashion designer, film costume and art director.

Your order will be ready the next business day, and our pick up hours are 10AM – 5PM Monday to Friday.

DELIVERY WITHIN AOTEAROA NEW ZEALAND
Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.
Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery within New Zealand (please allow an extra business day for South Island and Rural addresses).
Once your order has been collected by our courier, you’ll be notified via email and provided a tracking number. All orders/parcels are labelled as a “signature required” courier service for security purposes.
*Our standard shipping excludes PO Boxes, Waiheke island, Great Barrier island, Chatham island and Stewart island.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Please be advised, orders that are shipped internationally, could be subject to the relevant taxes, duties and tariffs applied by the country the items are being delivered into.

Shipping costs include both postage and handling fee and will be calculated and added at checkout.
All US orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Service. This means duties and taxes are paid upfront, ensuring a smooth delivery process.
Applicable duties, taxes will be automatically calculated and added at checkout.
If any inspection fees or other unforeseen customs-related charges occur, you will be responsible for these charges. In such cases, we will send you an invoice for payment.
