These beautiful stud earrings have been handcrafted from Te Tau Ihu Garnet by Elisha Hobbs.

The purpose of Elisha's work is to showcase the incredible intricacies of the stone from the Top of the South Island of New Zealand- the colours and patterning are so unique that they deserve to be shared all over the world. Her designs focus on framing the beauty of the stone and presenting it in such wise that its subtle nuances can be appreciated.

These beautiful stud earrings have been handcrafted from Te Tau Ihu Garnet by Elisha Hobbs.

Elisha Hobbs is an artist and jeweller with deep ancestral ties to the top of the South Island of New Zealand. Her work is dedicated to showcasing the unique colours, patterns and subtleties of locally sourced stone, carefully framing each piece to highlight its natural character.

The stone deposits of this region are rare and often overlooked because of their lack of abundance for commercial collection and production, and absence of gold, yet they are highly valued by international collectors. Elisha works with high quality examples of garnet, gem silica, various copper and iron ores, serpentine and jade to name a few. 
Because these stones are alluvial and have endured extensive seismic and glacial activity over long periods of time,  gem-quality material is extremely rare and difficult to access.

Elisha's extensive explorations began in the Bryant Range, which named after her ancestor, explorer and collector William Henderson Bryant, and expanded across the mineral belt of the top of the South Island.
Rooted in family history, land, and stone, it is an honour to bring these creations to life for the enjoyment of everyone.

Store Pick Up allows you to order online and pick up your order in-store, without incurring any delivery fees.
Your order will be ready the next business day, and our pick up hours are 10AM – 5PM Monday to Friday.

DELIVERY WITHIN AOTEAROA NEW ZEALAND


Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.

Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery within New Zealand (please allow an extra business day for South Island and Rural addresses).

Once your order has been collected by our courier, you’ll be notified via email and provided a tracking number. All orders/parcels are labelled as a “signature required” courier service for security purposes.

*Our standard shipping excludes PO Boxes, Waiheke island, Great Barrier island, Chatham island and Stewart island.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.

Please be advised, orders that are shipped internationally, could be subject to the relevant taxes, duties and tariffs applied by the country the items are being delivered into.
These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order.

Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Allow 5 - 10 business days for international deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES - United States of America

Shipping costs include both postage and handling fee and will be calculated and added at checkout.

All US orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Service. This means duties and taxes are paid upfront, ensuring a smooth delivery process.
Applicable duties, taxes will be automatically calculated and added at checkout.

If any inspection fees or other unforeseen customs-related charges occur, you will be responsible for these charges. In such cases, we will send you an invoice for payment.
