A contemporary pendant featuring a beautiful New Zealand Kauri Gum (Copal) set in a sterling silver and Pounamu setting, suspended by a rubber cord.
Fossilised Kauri Gum connects the wearer to the ancient forests that graced the lands of New Zealand, where the majestic Kauri Trees could live for over 2000 years and was the unchallenged King. Each unique piece is one of a kind and designed by the artist to reveal its inner natural beauty, often containing swirls of nebulae like patterns visible through its translucent layers.
Neil was born 1957 in Aotearoa - New Zealand. He attended Wellington School of Design and his early works were exhibited in the National Art Gallery, Wellington. Neil is a self-taught jeweller and sculptor and has a passion for using and bringing together earthly and local materials such as kauri copal/gum, (New Zealand amber), pounamu and other stones. Neil's designs are bold, strong, singular and contemporary. His work has been shown both locally and internationally including the 2018 Venice Biennale where his work was showcased by New Zealand’s Representative, Lisa Reihana.

Store Pick Up allows you to order online and pick up your order in-store, without incurring any delivery fees.
Your order will be ready the next business day, and our pick up hours are 10AM – 5PM Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.
Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery within New Zealand (please allow an extra business day for South Island and Rural addresses).
Once your order has been collected by our courier, you’ll be notified via email and provided a tracking number. All orders/parcels are labelled as a “signature required” courier service for security purposes.
*Our standard shipping excludes PO Box, Waiheke island, Great Barrier island, Chatham island and Stewart island.
