Why has shipping to the US been suspended?+
We have temporarily suspended shipping to the US while our shipping partners work through significant changes in US Customs rules, which come into effect on August 29 2025.
Our shipping partners have suspended parcel shipping to the US while they work through the impact of changes to all imports being subject to duties, taxes and tariffs, regardless of value.
We are working closely with our shipping partners as to when these services will be available again.
When will US shipping resume?+
We don’t have an exact date yet, but we will resume shipping services as soon as possible.
Once our shipping partners advise have resumed shipping to the US, we will make shipping available again.
Can I still place an order for the US?+
Please contact us with the product(s) you would like to order, and we will do our best to help you with your order.
If you are planning to visit us, you are more than welcome to place an order for in store pick up.
