Beautiful blown glass geode with a cut and highly polished surface and frosted matt outside by Rebecca Heap. Engraved detail on the outer surface is magically reflected in the inner bubble.
This geode sits on a rubber ring to enable the piece to be tilted to achieve the maximum optical effect for the position and height at which it is displayed.

Rebecca Heap was captivated by hot glass making from a young age. After graduating from university she became a secondary school science teacher. In the school holidays she dabbled in fusing, casting and flameworking glass. A decade later she became a glass blower and enrolled at Whanganui, Ucol to gain a three year Diploma in Glass Design and Production.
Rebecca attended Pukeberg Design School in Sweden and Riksglasskolan Orrefors, the National Glass School of Sweden studying glass blowing techniques.
Since returning from europe to New Zealand in 2011, Rebecca has been a full-time glass designer/maker and has directed some of her practice to glass casting.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES - United States of America

Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Allow 4 - 12 working days for Continental US, and 5 – 15 working days for Hawaii and Alaska. Please note, there may be delivery delays during busy holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter.

Shipping costs include both postage and handling fee and will be calculated and added at checkout.

All US orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Service. This means duties and taxes are paid upfront, ensuring a smooth delivery process.
Applicable duties, taxes will be automatically calculated and added at checkout.

If any inspection fees or other unforeseen customs-related charges occur, you will be responsible for these charges. In such cases, we will send you an invoice for payment.

Please be advised, orders that are shipped internationally, could be subject to the relevant taxes, duties and tariffs applied by the country the items are being delivered into.
