This ceramic whakataukī bowl was handmade by Adele and Richard who create ceramic works from their Auckland based studio, Borrowed Earth. Each whakataukī bowl is unique in design and includes an english translation of the whakataukī.
Whakataukī are Māori proverbs which are important to Māori culture and used as essential elements in whaikōrero or speeches.
Borrowed Earth believe that we can all make positive changes to the world by the choices we make everyday. We are committed to bringing you handmade work with character that, over time, will become treasured family pieces.

Store Pick Up allows you to order online and pick up your order in-store, without incurring any delivery fees.
Your order will be ready the next business day, and our pick up hours are 10AM – 5PM Monday to Friday.

DELIVERY WITHIN AOTEAROA NEW ZEALAND
Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery within New Zealand (please allow an extra business day for South Island and Rural addresses).
Once your order has been collected by our courier, you’ll be notified via email and provided a tracking number. All orders/parcels are labelled as a “signature required” courier service for security purposes.
*Our standard shipping excludes Waiheke island, Great Barrier island, Chatham island and Stewart island.
